When you get in touch via the form below or by email, your message lands directly in the inbox monitored by our front-of-house stylist. If you're a new client, we'll ask a few follow-up questions to make sure we match you with the right team member before confirming a booking slot. If you're an existing client, we'll check your history and respond with relevant times. We try to reply within four business hours on weekdays. For same-day or next-day requests, calling is faster — our studio phone is answered during open hours Tuesday through Saturday. We're located at 847 Portage Ave in central Winnipeg, a short walk from the Portage Place area with street parking available on adjacent side streets.
